The Natural Running Platform encourages a midfoot strike, and a smooth rocker delivers a more connected ride. A proprietary injected rubber outsole \u2014 lighter than traditional solid rubber yet abrasion-resistant \u2014 pairs with a new ZENCELL midsole foam built for energetic push-off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The name says it plainly: Zen for the calm, connected, natural movement Lems has always championed, and Speed for the road performance to back it up.
