MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is the smallest batch a factory will produce per style. At Galan Leather the ODM MOQ starts at 50–100 pieces per style — low enough for emerging brands to test a line.
What Is Sampling Lead Time?
Sampling lead time is the days from tech-pack approval to a physical sample. Galan turns first samples in about 15 days, supported by roughly 200 new samples per month development capacity.

- Development / tech pack – the spec sheet (materials, hardware, construction) a factory quotes from.
- PP sample (pre-production) – the approved reference sample before bulk runs.
